Here's another Tobago gem. Its superb white-sand beach is the main attraction, but the surrounding landscape is also a perfect complement. The beach is 500 meters long and the bay is fairly well protected from the open sea, so the waves are not unpleasant. As you leave Parlatuvier towards Charlotteville, the road, already spectacular from an aesthetic point of view, becomes equally spectacular from the driver's point of view. Be careful, though, as it's often on the edge of a precipice, and holes - we'd call them craters - are very common. Fortunately, the road is not very busy. Avoid at night.
