So my experience at this hotel was shambles.

Firstly where do i even start.

The first room we checked into was a disaster the aircon wasn’t working neither the fan. We called them to come & fix it. It still wasn’t fixed. As we are from the UK we need that air for us to sleep at night. The room service guy came 3 times at night! Still wasn’t fixed. Next morning they changed our room which was okay then gave us a pool vila. But same again the aircon wasn’t working. The staff there are so uneducated. They brought my belongings in a bag which was in the SAFE. No one but me should have access to it if im changing the room. They put my expensive watches & rings in one bag made my stuff get scratched up. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The manager himself doesn’t even know what hes doing. The location is brilliant but it needs more attention. I am highly disappointed as this was my honeymoon destination. I would not recommend no one to come to this establishment. Book something else then wasting your money here. We came from mauritius first destination of honeymoon stayed at the GRAND LUX HOTEL It was absolutely AMAZING STUNNING BEAUTIFUL. The service the establishment was amazing.

Thank you for choosing us for your stay and for your valuable time on providing detailed feedback of your experience on our page. 

During the time of check-in, you had requested for a complimentary upgrade to one of our pool villa as a gesture. Our team explained the situation of unavailability of pool villa for entire stay and proposed the upgrade price of available nights, which was denied by you. On your first day of arrival, we had prepared your villa according to your special occasion with amenities. In the same day evening, we had received a call about AC temperature was not up to your desire and ceiling fan not functioning properly. Our technician visited and found that the setting was changed in AC. He reset it and confirm it is working. We received the information during same night, still you were not comfortable with the temperature, and you would like to feel the air for you to sleep better. Team managed to check the possibility to do the needful but due to the layout of our villa, we have limitations to move any electric equipment as per your desire.

Next day morning during breakfast, Our Management team met with you personally and apologized for the inconvenience caused, where you had expressed your feedback about the location of the villa and the waterbody next to the villa location. We had discussed what we can do as a service recovery, which is room move for 2 nights and complimentary upgrade to pool villa for your last night with special amenities. We had changed the location of our furniture to meet your expectations and our management team guided you personally to your new villa, where you thanked the team and expressed that you are happy with the new setup. Our team tried the best to provide your pool villa, before the standard check-in time and you had stated that “this is the villa you need for your special occasion”.

We apologized for the inconvenience caused, that your valuable items were left in your villa during room move, which was handed over to you in a bag by our security team. We had shared your valuable feedback to our concern department to maintain consistency in our quality of service. On your last night of stay it was agreed that we will offer romantic bath experience as a gesture and the same was not done, on time due to the villa was on Do not disturb. As per our policy, we can’t enter in a villa which is on do not disturb. Upon your return to your villa, we had prepared the same as earlier as possible.

Your feedback is important to us, and we tried our level best to enhance your stay and to turn around your experience. It’s unfortunate to see that we were not able to meet your expectations.

So my experience at this hotel was shambles.

My first and only time visiting Seychelles, and I was really happy to stay here. The location is quite a distance from the crowd, but the resort itself is huge. It has couple beaches that we can enjoy. The room was spacious, bathtub with outdoor view. The breakfast was good, fresh fruits were ready everytime we ate, as well as any other things on buffet.
The sunset view was perfect when we stayed here.

Stunning location. The layout was private and full of tropical trees and plants. We had a premium ocean view villa. The Villa was spacious and very clean. Fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and private beach. Great bedroom and bathroom facilities. The staff were amazing and were more than happy to help with any concerns or needs we had. Food was very good. I’m vegetarian and the chef would tell me the vegetarian dishes he could make for dinner. This was very thoughtful and gave me a lot of choice. The hotel arranged our transfers and hired us a car for the day; this really helped and reduced the stress in organising - this is a choice and an additional cost to guest.
We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Hilton. The staff and their radiant smiles make it the ‘Northolme experience’. Professional and courteous service throughout.

Wir waren im Februar 2020 für einige Wochen hier in einer tollen Villa mit entsprechenden eigenen Pool und Meerblick. Für die Villa und Ausstattung sind 5 Sterne angemessen und entsprechend der Service vom Hilton zu den schweren Zeiten damals, als gerade ungewisse Covid ausbrach und wir sehr viele Tage Buchungsprobleme mit British Airways hatten im Hinblick auf die Rückreise und das Hotel für uns und 2 weitere Gäste den Betrieb Tage lang aufrecht hielten, was sicherlich unwirtschaftlich war, jedoch alles andere als normale Umstände hierzu führten. Wir konnten schließlich mit der letzten BA Maschine über London zurück fliegen und das Hotelpersonal hat uns bis zuletzt perfekt versorgt und sich bemüht klasse Stimmung mit schwimmenden Dinner im Pool usw. zu bereiten. Trotz der Covid bedingten schwierigen Zeit war das Hotel und sein Personal klasse und eine riesige Hilfe.

We had an amazing evening with delicious drinks and nibbles, watching the sun set over the water. Aside from the stunning location, perfect ambience and delicious drinks, the service from Derrick absolutely made our night!! First of all I would like to thank all the Hilton Northolme & Spa for your hospitality and attitude to „demanding” guests who definietely I am.
Before arriving to Seychelles I spent a lot of time checking all the best hotels and reading reviews, mostly all of them.
I have a fobia of insects, really huge, however its been a long time i was dreaming about visiting Seychelles so decided to face my fears.
The hotel staff is AMAZING.
They were always patient with me, supporting me with really helpful guys like Mubarak, Thomas and another nice man (i forgot the name) who were trying their best to keep all crawling creatures away from me. Always smiling, I would even say, happy to help me.
The hotel itself is in a tropical surrounding so obviously you may face some insects but they are outside together with singing birds and unforgettable sunsets????.
The views from the hotel and villas are to be remeber for a lifetime. Really.
Another thing are the people working in all 3 restaurants. Great people with Open hearts. Nelly, Joge, and others.
Always keeping us with the feeling we were not only random guests, but someone who they like.
Plus the girl who was singing in the bar the previous night-she should be a star, what a voice!!!❤️

Codziennie chciałem zmienić notę; hotel trzeba odświeżyć, kartę dań też (przynajmniej co tydzień), tu mankamencik, tam mankament. Ale atmosfera, piszącego kolejną książkę o Jamesie Bondzie Iana Fleminga (poda 50 lat wcześniej) i NAJCUDOWNIEJSZA OBSŁUGA na całym świecie przeważyły. Polecam dla ludzi szukających klimatu.

Amazing hotel in the most amazing setting. My wife and I had a beautiful honeymoon in this hotel. Hilton's greatest asset is the private beach with unreal snorkelling opportunities. We also loved the pool here. Staff are all lovely and very helpful - they truly go above and beyond in making sure that you can get to and fro places you would like. The shuttle to and from Victoria and Beau Vallon for free is a fantastic asset of the hotel. We stayed in a room right by the sea which was beautiful to wake up to. The only slight negative of our stay is that vegetarian options are not great which was a very very minor challenge of my stay.

Je oscille entre quatre et cinq étoiles. Mais cinq étoiles seraient parfaites et malheureusement il manque encore quelque chose à mon avis.

Le personnel est exceptionnel, les gens sont tout simplement super sympas. Vous vous sentez très à l'aise à tout moment. Ce que j'ai trouvé un peu dommage, c'est qu'on m'oubliait une fois sur deux ou sur trois lorsque je demandais un cendrier. D'autant plus qu'il y a trois serveurs et qu'il y a 5 à 6 tables occupées. En d’autres termes, ils n’étaient pas stressés.

L'installation est très belle et extrêmement bien entretenue. La plage privée est petite mais très agréable et généralement peu fréquentée. Vous pouvez faire de la plongée avec tuba et voir des poissons.

Le petit-déjeuner ne laisse absolument rien à désirer. Superbe vue, nourriture parfaite. Il n'y a rien à redire.
La nourriture et les cocktails sont également bons à très bons. Cependant, j'étais un peu ennuyé que, selon le menu, le hamburger soit censé être servi avec des tomates, des oignons et une sauce cocktail, mais malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas. Les prix sont corrects compte tenu de la qualité, mais parfois un peu excessifs. Mais l’essentiel est que ça va.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, même si certaines sont un peu vieilles. Sans compter qu’on ne part pas en vacances pour regarder la télé dans sa chambre. Mais ils ont un lecteur DVD dans la chambre. Cher Hilton, nous ne vivons plus en 1998. La plupart des éléments présents dans la pièce sont un peu old school.

Le directeur de l'hôtel est un Néerlandais super intelligent et sympathique. Il parle bien l'allemand.
Et demande toujours si tout va bien.

Deux choses qui m'ont vraiment énervé. J'aime dormir jusqu'à 9 ou 10 heures parfois. Après tout, c'est les vacances ;)
Mais ceci est rendu relativement difficile. Le personnel est heureux de commencer à utiliser le souffleur de feuilles depuis la porte à 8 heures du matin ou plus tôt, et comme les maisons sont bien sûr complètement isolées, on dirait qu'il se trouve à côté de votre lit. De plus, le personnel circule jour et nuit dans les environs avec ses petites voiturettes de golf et les objets grincent et tremblent sans fin et sont donc relativement bruyants. Ennuyeux quand on veut dormir. Peut-être que nous n'avons tout simplement pas eu de chance avec l'emplacement de la chambre.

Il y a un service de navette gratuit depuis l'hôtel. Il vous mènera à la capitale ou à la belle et grande plage qui se trouve à moins de 10 minutes.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances et il n'est pas exclu que nous revenions. Mais il y a encore quelques travaux à faire ici pour l'hôtel.

Merveilleux hôtel, chambre impeccable, 100% intimité (nous vivions dans une villa avec vue sur l'océan). Deux plages (la natation et la plongée en apnée sont super). Personnel professionnel. La direction de l'hôtel est attentive aux détails (un grand nombre de bonus et cadeaux agréables, notamment pour une lune de miel et un anniversaire). Spa agréable. Excellents petits déjeuners et cuisine en général (plusieurs restaurants et bars). Des cocktails parfaits. Les couchers de soleil méritent une attention particulière : ce sont les plus lumineux ! Transfert gratuit vers Victoria et Beau Valonne. À distance de marche se trouvent plusieurs plages devant l'hôtel, ainsi que des magasins. Je le recommande vraiment.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur la plage et à proximité de la plupart des plages, des magasins et des attractions touristiques, ce qui en fait un choix hautement recommandé pour les futurs séjours.

Service agréable et personnalisé. L'ensemble du personnel était vraiment sympathique et arrangeant, et pouvait répondre à toutes vos demandes. Shabilla, qui nous a accueillis avec un sourire joyeux, et Anand, qui nous a servi lors de notre dîner privé avec le chef pâtissier Trilok, nous ont assuré un service courtois. Sans Cindy et Dinesh, qui ont créé les vœux de lune de miel et le bain moussant les plus époustouflants de tous les temps, notre lune de miel n'aurait pas pu être plus romantique.

Sans aucun doute, nous reviendrions.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Notre villa avec piscine était magnifique. Le petit déjeuner fantastique. Le dîner (burger au thon) était super. Et le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant. Je ne me suis jamais senti aussi à l'aise dans un hôtel.

Le Hilton Northolme à Mahé est un véritable hôtel de rêve. Cela commence par l'accueil chaleureux à la réception supérieure et se poursuit avec les employés et les restaurants et bars disponibles. Le Hilton est niché dans un jardin tropical et conçu avec beaucoup d'amour. On n'a pas l'impression d'être dans un hôtel, mais en pleine nature. Les villas sont immenses et décorées avec beaucoup de bois. Pourtant, cela ne vous « tue » pas. Nous avions une villa au coucher du soleil avec vue sur la mer au deuxième rang... incroyable. Asseyez-vous ou allongez-vous sur l'immense balcon et profitez du coucher de soleil. Pour moi, ce serait toujours le premier choix à Mahé.

La seule raison pour laquelle j'étais dans les étoiles, ce sont les prix relativement élevés du restaurant. Mais le personnel, l'ambiance et le service compensent.
En conclusion, une expérience extraordinaire, je reviendrai certainement dans cet endroit de rêve. Merci au personnel incroyable de l'hôtel ❤️❤️

En mai 2023, nous avons passé 6 jours merveilleux au Hilton Northolme sur l'île principale de Mahé. Nous avons d'abord été hébergés dans la catégorie la moins chère (mais tout à fait convenable), à ​​savoir deux King Sunset Villas. Les villas sont bien équipées et bien situées un peu plus haut avec de belles vues.

Avec un surclassement (payant), nous avons ensuite changé pour la villa à deux chambres avec piscine face à l'océan pour les 2 dernières nuits ou 3 jours - un rêve.

L'ensemble du complexe est magnifique, les chambres/villas sont très propres, bien entretenues et joliment meublées, le service et la nourriture sont fantastiques. Recommandation absolue.

C'était notre premier voyage sur une île tropicale et l'expérience au Hilton Northolme était exactement ce à quoi nous nous attendions. C'était un séjour détendu et relaxant. Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, la nourriture est exquise et le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. La plage de l'hôtel est un peu petite mais les eaux sont cristallines. Cinq étoiles au total.

Nous avons séjourné ici quelques jours après avoir séjourné au Hilton Labriz en mai 2022. Nous avons réservé un bungalow avec piscine et nous avons adoré. Le ménage était très sympathique et faisait de son mieux.

Le choix et la qualité des plats dans les restaurants étaient très bons et le personnel faisait de son mieux.

Ce qui nous a déçu, c'est le service à la réception. Le personnel n'était pas vraiment orienté vers le client et après que la navette de l'hôtel à Victoria nous ait oublié, il n'y a eu aucune excuse ou quoi que ce soit d'autre. Aucun intérêt non plus à nous aider au check-out, à récupérer les valises, etc. Cela ne correspond pas au niveau et surtout si vous avez déjà séjourné au Hilton Labriz, c'est un peu décevant.

Dans l'ensemble, mais toujours recommandé en raison des chambres et des restaurants.
