Travel Guide Bandial

Populated by about 250 souls, Bandial is a village to discover for the authenticity of life that still reigns there, there is no running water. The amateurs of human contacts will be able to find their happiness there, the others will pass at full speed. Bandial is an ancient kingdom with very special impluvium huts that can be found in Enampore, Eloubaline and Séléki, some of which are over 60 years old. An application was submitted to UNESCO in 2005 to have these huts listed as World Heritage Sites. From Bandial, you can find pirogues to reach Pointe Saint-Georges, Elinkine and Carabane.
