This national park is located one hour west of Lillehammer. Until 2011, it was Norway's smallest national park, with a surface area of 9 km2. But it has been enlarged to 537 km2 and is now called Langsua Nasjonalpark. Here you can see what a spruce forest was like before the lumberjacks arrived. At an altitude of over 780 m, the national park has the character of a mountain forest, except in its lowest parts. The park is criss-crossed by numerous trails, the highest of which culminates at 1,128 m. Good shoes, snacks, water and warm clothes in your bag.
