Governor Dodge State Park is a large park that is best suited for a picnic break in the middle of the countryside. It is home to interesting geological formations that were created during the last ice age. To discover its landscapes, you can take several kilometers of trails that are accessible on foot, as well as a large lake dedicated to water activities. If you are lucky, you may encounter some of the region's inhabitants: beaver, fox, coyote, etc. The park's campground has approximately two hundred and sixty sites, most of which are accessible in the summer.
