Near the Eagle, in the Pays d'Houses, Dawn houses the castle where for fifty years (from 1821 to 1872) a famous writer: Countess of M, born Sophie Rostopchine. A moving museum dedicated to the author of "Sophie's Misfortunes" is located in the village, right next to the church. After visiting her, you can follow the footsteps of the countess by entering the church of the th century, where she came regularly. The castle of the Nouettes, where she lived, did not visit.
