Travel Guide Perućac (Перућац)

At the foot of the Tara Massif, Lake Perućac is an artificial lake on the Drina River. It is formed by a dam upstream of the village of Perućac. Its natural beauty makes you believe in a wild lake, due to its location, at the exit of the Drina canyon. You can find it by following the Drina River upstream from Bajina Bašta. From there, there are two roads to the park; the first one leads you to Mitrovac. If you continue to the end, past the park house and a tunnel, you will climb a small but extraordinary road to the west of the park, via the village of Rastište, following the river Derventa. You arrive at the Predov Krst site, 180 m.
