A few kilometres south of Baños, the road to Puyo passes through the Barrage dam, a gigantic book that supplies a large part of the country's energy. Later, at the entrance of the tunnels, a superb view is offered on the mighty waterfall of Agoyán which flows into a natural circular basin. Above the site there is an impressive number of hawks. Side roads have been arranged for cyclists inside the tunnel.
