Meat on a wood fire, a good beer in a restaurant in Bruges offering a friendly welcome.
This restaurant with its rustic Flemish setting is a temple dedicated to beef. They are cooked on an open wood fire and it smells delicious. The specialty: the entrecote, the best piece of the butcher. All the flank steaks are 400 g, you simply choose your cow: Hollstein from Zeeland, Red from Belgium (the local breed from West Flanders) or Black Angus from Hainaut, young and raised by small local producers, to preserve the tenderness under the canines and the quality. Spontaneous and friendly welcome.

The atmosphere is very warm and very friendly.
However, I do not recommend the vegetarian menu, quite expensive 25€.
