A little above, in a rocky valley, the other village, Laino Castello, is set up, a tiny abandoned village which preserves vestiges of Lombardy fortifications, with small streets, remnants of towers and medieval walls. There is an inspiring panorama of the surrounding nature. Among the monuments, the mother church of San Teodoro, which preserved the Byzantine rite until 1562.
