Actually, the landscape starts in Nampula, and almost doesn't end towards the west. You will discover plains, mountains, plateaus, sugar loaves... The train makes it much easier to discover the plains and the hills. By the bumpy road, the plateau where a high altitude savannah spreads out is deserved, as well as the lake Niassa (or Malawi). The road glides through the landscapes, gently up and down. In Manhamba, about thirty kilometers from the goal, the savanna is partly covered with forest. We expect to see the lake appearing behind each bend. Finally, the banks of the lake appear. Not far: the beach of Chuwanga.
