Unlike Barquisimeto, the Yacambú Park of 14 580 hectares, declared in 1962, is almost fresh and covered by a beautiful forest of humid mousse, between 1 400 and 1 900 m above sea level. And it's a good surprise in one of the hottest states in the country. At the birth of the Andes, this landscape with steep topography is also the birthplace of Du, which irrigates the Quíbor valley to Barquisimeto.Flowers are invisible elsewhere, such as Williams Continuously or some 14% varieties of orchids, or of Venezuelan species. You can walk there or enjoy the panorama at Yacambú Mirador or Au Canyon.Transportation - Accommodation. Located on the road through the towns of Quíbor and Sanare. Take a bus for Sanare by Quibor (1 h 30, 15 Bs. F).
