This superb station with its gothic architecture is located in the north of London, between King's Cross and the British Librairy. Since 2007, and the end of its renovation and expansion (which cost 800 million pounds), Saint Pancras welcomes Eurostar trains from Paris, Brussels, Lille... In 2012, it was also home to the Olympic shuttle, Oympic Javelin, which connected central London to the Olympic Stadium. It is one of the busiest stations in the United Kingdom with more than 99 million passengers in 2015. Heathrow is one of the busiest international airports in the world. It is also the most convenient airport to arrive in London, located in the western suburbs of the city. London's famous Underground is colloquially known as The Tube. It hosts most low-cost airlines. To get to central London there are several options: the Gatwick Express (the fastest), Southern trains to Victoria, or National Express buses.

It is the furthest airport from central London, 64 kilometers northeast of the city. It was built in 1991 to the designs of the famous architect Norman Foster. It is mainly served by low-cost airlines, such as Easyjet and Ryanair. But more and more flights are now arriving at Stansted because Heathrow and Gatwick are saturated. Thanks to the Stansted Express, you can reach the airport in 47 minutes from Liverpool Street.

Luton is a small airport, the 4th largest in the city, from which flights mainly depart for major European destinations. It carries 10 million passengers per year. It is at this airport that most of the flights of low-cost airlines arrive. Possible train connection to St Pancras station from Luton Airport Parway railway station. Allow between 30 and 50 minutes of travel time. There are also longer bus and taxi connections.

This station is one of the largest railway stations in the capital, located in the Westminster district to the west of the city. Victoria serves areas such as Kent, Sussex and Surrey, as well as Gatwick Airport with the Gatwick Express. That's where we can leave for Brighton. It is located right next to Victoria Bus Station and handles more than 115 million passengers each year. It is also an important metro station, served by the District & Circle lines and of course the Victoria Line.

Convenient to reach central London in 15 minutes, departures in both directions from terminals 1, 2 and 3 take place every 15 minutes from 5:10 am to 11:25 pm (from 6:10 am on Sundays). Based on the same principle as Vélib' in Paris, the red Santander Bikes can be picked up from Santander kiosks all over town. For £1.60, you can use them for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, £1.60 is deducted for a further 30 minutes, then £4 for 1 hour and so on (i.e. £4 per hour of rental). They're nicknamed Boris Bikes, after Boris Johnson, Mayor of London at the time of their launch. There are just over 800 docking stations and 12,000 bikes available throughout the city.

Britrail allows you to travel through the United Kingdom, Scotland and Wales using the British rail network. Different pass formulas allow you to make unlimited trips per day for a fixed price. These passes are not available for sale in Great Britain so it is necessary to plan to acquire them before departure. Logistics is simplified because you can board the train without having to wait at the ticket office for each trip. It is a good option to explore the surroundings of London like Oxford, Cambridge.

In general, the tube and buses cover the entire city centre, but the suburban lines of the National Rail, the English railway company, can be useful, and sometimes much faster. This network is connected to several metro stations in the city marked with a red symbol on the metro maps.
