Au moins on est sûr que l'avion parte...le personnel est très accueillant et avenant. Ils ne se prennent pas la tête et font parfois des petits cadeaux dans l'avion (où alors qu'à nous ;-) ). Deux retards constatés de 15 minutes en 22 ans, je leur tire mon chapeau. Je vous recommande cette compagnie aérienne.

British Airways a toujours été une de mes compagnies de prédilection malgré ses grèves récurrentes. Nourriture correcte, service impeccable même si au fil des années elle a perdu de son standing pour cause de restrictions budgétaires.

exceptional. I feel always safe with them even if the food is not the best and the ticket prices are expensive. Safety first is tehir motto and you can see it.
