10 km west of Huedin. In the 1322 th century, first mentioned in, the fortress was first owned by Princes princes. Its walls (only 80 m remaining), which rise to 18 m, are dominated by its cylindrical tower 25 m high. The village of Bologa and its neighbour Poieni are renowned for their traditional houses (wooden portals, beams with beams…) and a lively folklore and handicraft: woodworking, costumes…). You can live in pensions at Poieni Bologa. As well as in Cãlata, south of Huedin, or Izvorul Crişului in the east. Or in Fildu de Mijloc and Fildu de Sus, in the Sălaj (great and remarkable wooden church 1727), north of Huedin.From Poieni you can easily reach the beautiful 35 km long Draganului valley.
