This school works around three themes bringing together the pleasures of the table, good wine and cocktails. No more theory, just practice, under the supervision of the chef who accompanies his apprentices for a day throughout the course and gives them tips and tricks. This boutique-kitchen offers a wide selection of gourmet products and culinary accessories, as well as classes on classic (Christmas menu, world cuisine, homemade pies) and less classic themes (insect recipes, molecular cooking).
