This school works around three themes bringing together the pleasures of the table, good wine and cocktails. No more theory, just practice, under the supervision of the chef who accompanies his apprentices for a day throughout the course and gives them tips and tricks. Indian cuisine, pastries, Quebec brunches, vegetarian meals... the list of courses is long. All the information about them can be found on the website. Participatory workshops offered for private groups and companies. A great gourmet experience!
