Twenty kilometers from the salar, the Polloqueres thermal baths offer their beneficial mud baths. It's a natural pool in the heart of the mountains that's great for diving into (if you can brave the ambient cold!). The edges are tepid and you can wallow in them at your leisure, but at certain points the water gushes out at a temperature of 66°C. These thermal baths, whose fumarole smell is not the most pleasing, have the virtue of rejuvenating the skin, or at least invigorating it. Perfect for a relaxing wellness break in a most sumptuous setting: you have the strange sensation of bathing in a surrealist painting!
