La Guácima was one of the very first places to host a butterfly farm in Costa Rica. After 23 years of existence, the Butterfly Farm unfortunately ceased operations in 2012. In 2015, the Parque Viva, a large-scale entertainment platform emerged on the former auto racetrack. A unique place as it is the first entertainment center in Central America. In 30,000 square meters, it gathers 4 spaces that host various types of cultural or corporate events, concerts, and even driving on car tracks. This is where the country's main concerts are held.
