Gerringong is a small charming town located at the southern end of the Illawarra Coast. Many Australians come here on weekends and vacations to enjoy its beautiful beach, Werri Beach. From the platform built in Cook Park, near the cemetery, you can easily observe the whale migration, from May to November: a fascinating show! The view from the cliff is also superb and hundreds of ocean-fed rock pools dot the coastline. The Kiama Coastal Walk, which connects Kiama to Werri Beach, is a very popular walk between green hills and dreamy beaches.
