Currarong is a small hamlet of about 500 people, located at the northeast end of Jervis Bay. It is reached by the Forest Road from the Princes Highway, 25 kilometers away. On the way, you can take a turn towards the clear waters of the bay and enjoy the beautiful beaches, a fisherman's paradise where fish are abundant. Be careful, however, as access to some beaches is restricted due to the nearby military grounds. You will find in Currarong some shops and food, however the small town remains very isolated, not very touristy and above all residential.
