Located in one of the Old Town's busiest alleyways, parallel to the Stradun (on the north side), the Buzz is one of the few places where locals enjoy sipping a drink with friends. Drinks are more reasonably priced than in most other, more touristy bars. The atmosphere is more than friendly, given the 3-liter XXL cocktails on offer, which make the groups particularly sociable. The Buzz's slogan, painted inside, sets the tone: "Being half-drunk is a waste of money!"
