Travel Guide Akba Tafilalet

At 12 km east of Djanet, after the Tafilalet wadi, it is the starting point of almost all the excursions. We leave the site at sunrise for 3 to 4 hours of ascent between two granitic plateaus then along a narrow gorge until a junction. The loaded animals take the path in lace of right-hand side while the walkers take the path of left which clings to the side of the hill.Less than an hour of difficult walking, almost climbing, before passing a basin perhaps filled with rainwater, and arriving at the plateau... The panorama one enjoys during the ascent is certainly one of the most beautiful in the region.
