The tapas are quite original, very well prepared and offer excellent value for money. And the ingredients are cooked at no more than 80°C to avoid spoiling them, hence the restaurant's name. The Menu del Dia (14.50 euros; Monday to Friday at lunchtime) is a real must.

Before or after dinner, the cocktails are also excellent, but beware, the service can be a bit fast. To be tried anyway!
