At Santerra, talented chef Miguel Carretero reinvents the great classics to offer a menu of the highest quality, full of inspiration and technique. Largely inspired by his native land and the flavors of La Mancha's terroir, he delights the world in both the restaurant and bistro areas. Notably thanks to the croquetas, reputed to be the best in the world! The wine cellar is also of good quality with no less than 350 references on the wine list.
