We sit down to taste the great classics or enjoy prawns and scampi (with garlic, a la plancha...) at the bar opposite.
What a nice surprise this "grandfather's" house ("abuelo") is in the heart of the tourist area of Sol! This century-old restaurant has been delighting its visitors since 1906. Here you can find all the great Madrid classics on the menu and the lunch menu is a real bargain. The house has several other addresses in the center of the capital. Here, all day long, you can enjoy prawns and scampi (with garlic, a la plancha, fried...), with an excellent reputation, and tasty croquetas

Tapas excellentes
Veille enseigne madrilène qui propose des tapas et croquetas de gambas Rojas de très bonne qualité. Dommage que l'afflux de touristes lui fasse perdre de son authenticité avec le nouveau restaurant ouvert en face . Un peu cher.
