La Concha is one of Cava Baja's most popular (small) tapas bars, where Madrilenians don't hesitate to sit in the basement for part of the evening. Before choosing between tostas, cuttlefish, anchovies or tripe à la madrilène (and a few gluten-free options), here's a great little local. Renowned for its vermouth, this is an address not to be missed! And the charming owner is always on hand to offer advice when it comes to choosing a label from the wine list. In short, a typical, quality address offering excellent value for money.
