Marlin, albacore tuna or banana, swordfish swordfish, coryphene dorade, etc., are accompanied by salads or potatoes. You will also find carpaccio marinated with lemon, smoked fish, or sushi in generous portions, although a little dry. As for the aperitifs served in the aperitif, they are simply succulent.
