From the Fish Concentration Devices (DCP), located offshore to attract fish and facilitate fishing, this delightful restaurant cooks the catch made the day before by the Big Fishing Meeting boats. Marlin, albacore tuna or banana, swordfish swordfish, coryphene dorade, etc., are accompanied by salads or potatoes.
