Over the past 8 years in the Vaise district, Le Tiroir has managed to renew itself while maintaining a high level of quality, both in service and in the kitchen, enabling it to boast a well-deserved Bib Gourmand award. Along with Alexis Lauriac, Rémi Charvet has entrusted the stoves at Le Tiroir to a well-known figure in the house, young chef Emmanuel Decloitre.
