In this area, Alliade Habitat is the first Social Enterprise for Habitat (about 50% of social housing in France are managed by nfz) in the region. Born in 2006 of the merger of Axiade Rhône-Alpes and SLPH (two HOUSING companies), it now manages more than 30 000 units from studios to T 6.
