Bistro offering plates prepared by the chef Nicolas Pascaud in Lyon.
The man who was one of the first to bet on the Jean Jaurès district (and who was right before anyone else...) has become a Gerland staple. With its superb, magnificently restored building, splendid dining room blending contemporary lines around the counter and exposed stonework, friendly welcome and service, the setting is a model of its kind. The beauty and generosity of this setting are reflected in the dishes of chef Floriant Remont, assisted by Victor van Dorp. Fresh produce from small local producers for dishes to share and seasonal naughtiness. A fine selection of skittles and house cocktails to extend the evening, in a gourmet Potager.

Le lieu est jolie et le service courtois et souriant. La cuisine est de haute qualité mais le concept est un peux déroutant (plats a partager) les cookies m’ont déçu. L’emplacement n’est pas optimal mais l’experience en vaux la peine.

Deux visites dans ce restaurant à plusieurs mois d'écart, cuisine de très bonne qualité, tous les plats sont excellents ! Je vous recommande pour passer un bon moment

Restaurant sympathique: accueil chaleureux, cuisine assez savoureuse et fraîche, personnel jeune et souriant, rapport qualité/prix interessant. Je recommande vivement

Première visite, beaucoup de convives dur me temps de 13h. Signe probable d'un bon restaurant. En tout cas pas déçu du voyage. Il faut peut-être faire un effort sur le prix des apéritifs en moyenne 10 eur.

Repas de groupe à 22 personnes. Service impeccable, plats proposés avec ingrédients frais et de saison, parfait !
