Bistro with terrace to dive into the pleasure while eating a dish of the day in Lyon.
For ten years now, Les Fauves has been feeding us in this neighborhood bistro opened by the insatiable Mathieu Soulergues. Far from being a cage, this is a place open to all, every day, where you can stop for a drink on a terrace that extends out towards Avenue Jean-Jaurès, or in a room that's as lively as it is warm. A convivial place with a relaxed atmosphere, the Bistrot des Fauves features temporary exhibitions by artists, as well as daring home cooking using local produce and seasonal dishes on a slate that favours freshness over quantity. An appreciable wine list. Les Fauves are waiting for you to join them.

Très bon restaurant. Produit frais et carte courte, excellent service. Quelques plats manquent un peu d'assaisonnement, les portions sont correctes, un peu légère pour un gros mangeur, mais c'est un bon restaurant que je conseille.
