Restaurant offering 100% home cooking and a selection of wines in Lyon.
Like music, cooking is written with the inspiration of seasonal products. This Tablature does this perfectly with two addresses: one in Guillotière, our test, the other in Part-Dieu. Without knowing if the music has changed rhythm with the arrival of a new conductor this summer - we stopped by in May.... everything is moving - let's already enjoy the atmosphere of this place with its high soothing power. Good sound of course, but above all a 100% homemade cuisine made from carefully selected products. The duck breast is IGP Sud-Ouest with its blackcurrant raspberry sauce and Bømlo salmon steak in a dried fruit crust. Selection of wines in the same spirit. Nice discovery.
