If this area is a condensed of good addresses, you should not go to the Teetotaller. Opened last year, this restaurant offers a nice simplicity, both in its decor of a little room too cute (not to mention a happy summer terrace), a little bit "kitchen studio", and in its kitchen entitled "season". Nice and friendly home to the image of plates that have the good taste to be inspired only by market products. The menu is therefore written daily behind the furnaces that have nothing to hide and on slate. This summer, emphasis flavours, perfectly successful presentations and well-managed dishes. White wine painted in white wine and carrots to begin, salad of green beans and potatoes, grilled and poutargue cod or a farmer-farmer chicken, poultry livers, aubergines purée and meat juice. Granité with melon, mint syrup/marjolaine and chantilly or ostrich flower, white chocolate cream, lemon and pear to finish smoothly. A fine wine list for small producers, craftsmen of our land. An address that does not cheat and book daily, noon and evening (Sunday included, it is practical), the best of itself.
