Les Bonnes Manières(Good Manners) are those transmitted by the two companions Fabrice Chaffardon and Frédéric Marx who give us their Lyon version of good food. Proof that we can now do good thing at low prices, we love the dishes at lunchtime at only €10. In a very friendly setting, with contemporary touches for a modern-day and convivial atmosphere, you can be there with friends or among colleagues, both of which are not irreconcilable, to enjoy a few local dishes: the homemade pâté en croûte, a soft-boiled egg with herbs to get started. What is next is a succession of delicacies that you should come back to enjoy them all: tablier de sapeur with gribiche sauce and steamed potatoes, Braillon andouillette with calf's ruffle, mustard sauce, hot sausage with steamed potatoes, canut brain. La Mère Richard always delights us with its saint-marcellin and we finish with a delicious toast-style brioche with pink praline coulis. A wine listes accordingly.
