Superbe coiffeuse 'très professionnelle 'je viens 2 fois par an en France ( vit en Afrique) et j en profite pour me coiffer et je laisse ce privilège qu à cette coiffeuse'. Elle sait très bien faire des couleurs mèches balayage sur des cheveux afro. J ai même plus besoin de lui dire ce qu'on doit faire sur mes cheveux car elle sait et ne s est jamais loupé. Toujours très satisfaite lorsque j en sors 'allez y les yeux fermés vous en ressortirez encore plus belle /beau que jamais 'je recommande à 400%. Ma coiffeuse attitré lorsque je suis en France. La déco est très chouette cocooning et parlons aussi de sa bienvaillance. Elle s est très bien accueillir on se sent vraiment à l aise. Thanks for everything city zen you know how to work.

Superbe accueil, super conseil et super agréable !
En temps que fils de coiffeuse, je ne sais jamais quoi demander comme coupe!
C'est pourtant les seuls de Lyon ayant cerner les attentes.
Les jeunes ayant repris ce salon sont compétents et très professionnel.

First experience at city Zen and believe me that will be the last!!!!

Firstly, the waiting time is unacceptable, the owner does not refuse person with only one lucrative aim (because it receives people with goods group) while staff does not follow, so it is not in way offers quality services in a time that is decent.

Then, my highlighting was atrociously disastrous, I have a large demarcation line of about 1cm and half with my roots as if I had my wicks more than 1 months and there are large yellow spots at the base of my roots of different colour of my wicks.

Finally, this lounge posts prices on its website and when to cash desk, it is the surprise, I paid much more expensive than usual with a very poor service and far from being pro.

Do not make the same error that me, escape this hairdresser at all costs!!!!!!!
Michele, I am a faithful guest Marina, it caps me from 3ans and I am well placed to know that it is very professional. It has its diploma like all the dressing tables of City Zen hairdressing salon. It takes part has contests hair and shows hairdressing salon. It is not as it is the owner's daughter who it is not hairdresser, on the contrary...
But why do I have forgotten all wicks, all the lengths in all the senses? The job, I was said that it was ridiculous cut the hair alone.
I was very received in this lounge. The dressing tables attractive, take the time to talk, diagnose what you are looking for. A very pleasant welcome, a magnificent setting of the dressing tables professionals. I have to find the address perfect for my hair. I recommended it actually has my friends who were as delighted as me. I hope my opinion will decide some people to get there. To sink it is brilliant!
RENDEZVOUS has 14:00, hairdresser takes me has 15:20! Good I think that can arrive. In front of me the guest who leaves plaind and is very disappointed colour and cut. In my turn I pass, hairdresser me request wicks or highlighting, I and also wicks ducoup it makes me highlighting, that begins well... then it is me wicks in 15 minutes know that I have long 60cm of hair, jvous does not necessarily work and more me mother was hairdresser before therefore jme known as offers odd it does not at all including my mother. I say has the hairdresser that I think there will be a problem because there are pâté has places. .mais it meets me not Pb, so ok I expect 1 hour 20 mi decor on the head, young rinses hair me, I await 30minutes on the ferry that the hairdresser wants to deal with me instead of accepting guests has no end of field and neglect guests who are comem me. Disappointed leaving the lounge (and still now)! colour completely disastrous! (hairdresser that provides only its head and me does not listen when I selected tone) and crosses the same: a wick crossed anyhow and much too short (I think here 7 or 8 months you will not see any more damage) For the colour I will have to go to another hairdresser to catch up with the massacre. The dressing tables are not very respectful (smoke in front of the lounge or chat with laptop with some measures guests...)
Place: very pretty, nine with more siege relaxing rosette
Negative point: they are not very look with the cleanliness of the floors (many) and egrets

Hairdressing: disappointed, failed hairdressing salon, a horrible range, now it should be waited until that grows back!
