In their delicatessen shop, Michel, Franck and their team prepare every day delicious dishes from the best products. As for these unavoidable quenelles made according to a personal recipe based on pike, farm milk, fresh eggs and fine butter. Home-made charcuteries, selection of top-of-the-range products and varied dishes. Generous advice, a big smile for a service always full of good ideas. A great house in Lyon.
