Created in 2020 by wine enthusiasts Franck and Grégoire, Chai Saint Olive is Lyon's first urban wine cellar. An exceptional place to discover the world of wine (tastings, workshops...). You can discover and enjoy local production - 13 cuvées and 30,000 bottles a year - with the "Made in Lyon" label, made from local grape varieties - chardonnay, viognier, gamay and syrah - selected from estates less than 80 km away to produce wines matured in stainless steel vats or barrels and bottled on site. For companies, it's the ideal place to organize seminars, team-building events... around the world of wine.
