If Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine has its stars in Lyon, Miraflores is a unique case. Unique because we don't know if we can speak of fusion, but rather of culinary dialogue. Unique because this dialogue is taking place between France and Peru in this superb Michelin-starred restaurant on the Brotteaux side of Lyon. An extraordinary culinary journey with chef Carlos Carmino, who creates Peruvian cuisine according to his inspiration and seasonal produce. A unique menu that takes us on a voyage of discovery through the different regions of a country that stretches from the Pacific Ocean, with its delicious fish, to the peaks of the Andes Cordillera. Le service était charmant. C'est une belle adresse.
Leider hat es mir nicht geschmeckt.
Auch als Foie grois Liebhaberin war die Peperonie zwar eine tolle Idee, aber die Kalorien waren den fehlende Geschmack nicht wert. War vorallem Butter. Schade.
Als ich beim Fingerfood einen Löffel verlangte, um den Kaviar, den ich nicht esse, wegzunehmen, wurde ich ignoriert.
Das einzige, das geschmeckt hat, war das Ceviche. Dafür ist aber das einfache Restaurant sicher das geeignetere.
