If Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine has its stars in Lyon, Miraflores is a unique case. Unique because we don't know if we can speak of fusion, but rather of culinary dialogue. Unique because this dialogue is taking place between France and Peru in this superb Michelin-starred restaurant on the Brotteaux side of Lyon. An extraordinary culinary journey with chef Carlos Carmino, who creates Peruvian cuisine according to his inspiration and seasonal produce.
