酒店的服務相當好，包括櫃檯人員和迎賓人員都相當客氣有禮，並有導覽服務，對於了解該酒店建築的歷史很有幫助，令人印象良好，具五星水準。房間優美，花園可以俯瞰里昂市景相當美，我們很幸運，天氣很好還有見到遠在瑞士的白朗峰
唯獨餐廳的部分，雖號稱米其林餐廳，但服務水準不佳，態度非常不耐，對我們的服務和其他當地人的顧客服務明顯有別，真的非常可惜

Déçu, ne mérite pas d'étoile.
Arrivé à 12h05, parti à plus de 15h.
Vin servi pour le plat... attente de 45 minutes, plus de vin... rien sur table.
Service désagréable, pointe le fait que nous n'ayons pas pris le même menu pour expliquer le retard, sans s'excuser (oui, c'est la faute du client). Ont tout de même offert le fromage face à notre mécontentement.
J'aurais préféré avoir mon pigeon rosé (plat signature étoilé michelin? À qui l'avez vous achetée ? Voir photo au plus épais)
Sinon la vue est belle, parking facile d'accès, environnement agréable.
