Le service est attentif, discret, au plus près des besoins du client, sans jamais être intrusif. La vue surplombant Lyon est tout simplement unique, à couper le souffle.
Les tables sont parfaitement espacées, offrant un vrai confort et une intimité appréciable. La lumière naturelle sublime l’espace tout au long du repas. La présence du chef en salle apporte une touche précieuse d’authenticité et de passion.
Nous avons opté pour le menu en 4 temps : un sans-faute du début à la fin. Chaque plat est un équilibre maîtrisé entre créativité et respect des produits. Un vrai voyage gustatif dans un cadre d’exception.
