Allied to the 14 Février Michelin-starred restaurant, La Sommelière is Shoko Hasegawa's workshop. In a discreet street in Vieux Lyon, on the Saint-Georges side, here's the association between two talented and star-studded Japanese chefs, Japanese chef Takafumi Kikuchi and the famous Sommelière Shoko.
