The first thing you notice at Grand-Père is the beautiful terrace on this cobbled street in Vieux-Lyon. An incredible site that can also be enjoyed inside a building listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site. Un bouchon lyonnais. Le personnel est très gentil et le cadre est dans le thème : chargé, un peu kitsh et chaleureux. Une bonne expérience pour un.e touriste, une un peu moins bonne si vous recherchez des mets lyonnais fins. Ici on mange bien et en grande quantité, mais les plats sont peu travaillés et élaborés.
Pour le coup on est dans le thème, on mange bien chez grand père, mais on a un peu trop mangé !
La tarte à la praline était très qualitative et ils vous écouteront si vous avez des requêtes alimentaires!
