Youngsters (Galopins in French) and all the others have a new good reason to spend good time in Croix-Rousse. A new pub, one more, at the corner of Boulevard des Canuts, but which has a genuine originality, since we could have classified it among the (fast) restaurants with its delicious spread for which we will come back again. A large terrace on the boulevard and a superb interior, a little "loft" ambiance with brick walls and a light sign that highlights the counter and its many beers on tap. Futé therefore advises to choose for a complete package: hot spread, sweet spread and 2 "galopins" for 12,50 € (get advice to combine your bread flavours with those of your beer). Because if the beer menu, especially Belgian beer, is wide, that of spread is also alike with the garnished spread, for example, with duck, nice tuna, honey goats, 4 cheeses, mustard chicken or, for desserts, Nutella and banana chocolate. Tapas boards to share around a good glass. Beautiful whisky and rum menu to prolong the evening. A spotted and appreciated novelty to vary pleasures.
