A completely renovated establishment for our greatest pleasure and which shows the Campanile just a stone's throw from the Pont de la Guillotière crossing the Rhone to the peninsula - a stone's throw from Place Bellecour - and which offers, in unison of its fellows, quality services that favour comfort and tranquillity for full benefits: air-conditioned rooms equipped with satellite channels and Canal +, hair dryer and trouser press. For business trips, the hotel also offers a fully equipped room for 30 people.

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights.
We found this hotel to be in a good location. The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and happy to assist with everything. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of thing to eat.
Our son got engaged this weekend, and this hotel made the whole experience a very happy one.
As a party of 5 we cannot wait to revisit Lyon, and stay a this lovely hotel again.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier pas accueillant c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire.
Chambre vieillotte avec une TV minuscule. Si vous avez des problèmes de vue prévoyez des jumelles. Literie ok.
Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.
Personnel vraiment sympa, notamment les personnes qui s'occupent du petit déjeuner qui sont vraiment adorables. Merci à elles !

Chambre 701 étroite avec odeur désagréable même après avoir aéré. 1 seul oreiller supplémentaire. Cheveux sur oreiller. SAB pas aux normes de la marque Campanile :wc trop bas. Marche de la douche dangereuse, 1 serviette/pers ... Escaliers obligatoires à l'étage à la sortie de l'ascenseur = pas pratique pour les valises !
Points positifs = emplacement de l'hôtel, et diversité au petit déjeuner, bon café. Distributeur d'eau à volonté. Parkings payants à proximité

Nous sommes allés en décembre 2023, avons eu un très bon accueil, la chambre été espacieuse, et bien équipé, petit déjeuner copieux et très bon.

추가> 여행사에서는 호텔측의 동의만 얻는다면 즉시 환불이 가능하다고 답변했습니다. 증빙사진을 받고 수 일간 기다리라는 답변만 한 뒤 체크인 당일에서 거절 통보를 한 것은 호텔입니다. 이 책임을 여행사에게 돌리지 마세요. 그리고 나는 환불이 안된 점에 불만을 표시하는 것이 아닙니다. 나는 취소 규정을 알고 있습니다. 고객을 기만한 점에 대해 불만을 표합니다.
