Restaurant gathering all the gourmet specialities in Lyon.
We're not on the banks of the Saône, but at Les Halles de Lyon, where frogs have been known as Baba for nearly 20 years. Sensitive souls (bad memories of old SVT lessons...) please refrain, here the frogs jump, but to fry in oil in large frying pans under the gaze of tourists and the sharp eyes of gourmands. A speciality of the Dombes region, frogs à la persillade are prepared by a Baba team led by Thomas Védrine. Frogs that go well with a glass of white wine and gratin dauphinois. Good humor and tips for reheating the dish at home. Other dishes to take away, such as paella. Don't miss this address.

Une véritable bonne adresse pour manger des cuisses de grenouilles digne de ce nom, un gratin dauphinois au top, et un accueil chaleureux.
Je reviens sans hésiter dès que je suis à Lyon.
