Before you go to the elegant "counter", you go around the stall to choose your fish, to see it prepared and cooked on site before you eat it in the best conditions and well accompanied by small seasonal vegetables. The cost: 15% of the price of fish in addition to eat on-site with a smiling service! So, you shouldn't deprive yourself of such pleasure to enjoy the best flavours of the sea live on your plate. Flavours preserved thanks to the Japanese slaughter method Ikejime, once again an exclusive signature of Pupier house. Wonderful fish carpaccio, skewers which are the speciality of the Pupier house, fish & chips that will make you forget all the others, tuna caught on line, sea bass matured, grilled lobster… Every visit is a true festival of flavours on the plates accompanied by a good glass of wine (fine list of wine by the glass, including an excellent Marguerite Guyot champagne).
