LA TRINITAINE
It is amusing to note that after a surge of clothing brands - for the vast majority of national franchises - the peninsula is experiencing a new wave of high-end gourmet shops which suits more our taste. One of the new ones is the Trinitaine. If you've never been in Brittany, especially in Trinité-sur-Mer, or your grandmother never proposed to eat a small cigarette rolled by hand, Trinitaine does not evoke anything for you. But for all gourmets (and Futé's readers who will discover this address), Trinitaine is among the best French biscuit factory, manufacturing its Breton cake, its kouign-amann, its wafers, crêpes dentelles, traditional pancakes or small cakes for snacks and which are made with quality French ingredients (or better Breton) ingredients). Caramel with salt butter, salidou or Breton cider complete our gourmet basket. A breath of fresh air to discover in the heart of the peninsula.
